Upon successful completion of Ministry Development I, For Lay Persons, eligible students may request a formal review of their coursework and ministry assignments for consideration into a customized ministerial development program. This advanced program is designed to prepare qualified candidates for ordination and the awarding of an Ordination Certificate as an ordained minister. Advancement into the ordination program is not automatic and is subject to eligibility requirements, doctrinal standards, and organizational bylaws of the institution.
